Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your registration by contacting Dawn Zanoni (dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov or 608-266-3978) at least 72 hours prior to the Summit. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Please enter your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard) below. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Terms and Conditions
Early-Bird, Full, Student and State Government Employee Registrations - Refunds will be issued for prepaid registrations cancelled before September 10, 2022. Cancellations occurring between Sunday, September 11, 2022 and Friday, September 23, 2022, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after Saturday, September 24, 2022 are ineligible for a refund. If unable to attend, registrants may send an alternative in their place. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to Dawn Zanoni at dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov.
