Terms and Conditions
Early-Bird, Full, Student and State Government Employee Registrations - Refunds will be issued for prepaid registrations cancelled before September 10, 2022. Cancellations occurring between Saturday, September 11, 2022 and Friday, September 24, 2022, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after Saturday, September 25, 2022 are ineligible for a refund. If unable to attend, registrants may send an alternative in their place. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to Dawn Zanoni at dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov.
