Accommodation

A block of rooms is being held at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay exclusively for sponsor representatives. We will attempt to honor all reservation requests, but please note that specific room types are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary overnight accommodations are included in the Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship packages and are direct-billed to WIGCOT.  

Complimentary overnight accommodations are not included at the Bronze, Copper, and Brass levels, but accommodation requests can be made below and you will be billed.

Bronze representatives will still receive priority in reserving sponsor block rooms. Requests for rooms at the partnership levels are filled based on availability and may be placed at a hotel other than the Hyatt Regency. In all cases, guests are required to have a credit card on file with the hotel and are responsible for any incidental charges.

If you do not require overnight accommodations, please select the No Accommodation Required option.

Terms and Conditions
A. Registration: To register as an attendee of the Wisconsin Governor’s Conference on Tourism (WIGCOT) you must complete the appropriate registration and make required payments. B. Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend WIGCOT 2023, you may transfer your paid registration to another member of your organization or defer your 2023 paid registration to WIGCOT 2024. Please contact Dawn Zanoni with all attendee registration updates. All WIGCOT 2023 cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Dawn Zanoni at dzanoni@travelwisconsin.com. Cancellation requests must be received by Friday, February 17, 2023 for a full refund. Cancellation requests received between Saturday, February 18 and Friday, March 3, 2023 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received after Friday, March 3, 2023 are not eligible for a refund. C. Force Majeure: In the event WIGCOT 2023 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every attempt to reschedule to another date and/or site and will offer registrants the option to transfer registrations accordingly. If the event is cancelled entirely, we will provide refunds to sponsors and exhibitors based on any funds remaining after satisfying all obligations in respect to the cancelled event.
