To begin, please indicate whether you will be registering a Single Attendee or if you will be registering a Group. 

If you are completing a registration on behalf of an individual attendee or a group but will not be attending the conference, please select the 'I am not attending' option in addition to selecting Single Attendee or Group. Then proceed as outlined below. In each instance you will enter your contact information first before proceeding with registration for the attendee(s).

Single Attendee Registration: Please select the Single Attendee and proceed with your registration.

Group Registration: Please enter the number of attendees you are registering in the Group Size field and then enter the name of each individual attendee. The first person you enter will be designated as the contact person for your group registration. After you complete the first attendee's full registration, you will repeat the process for each additional attendee. Please also select your preferred payment option.

Terms and Conditions
By completing this registration, you agree to be bound by the full Event Terms and Conditions: A. Registration: To register as an attendee of the 2023 Governor’s Conference on Highway Safety, you must complete the appropriate registration option and make required payments. B. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Dawn Zanoni at dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov no later than Friday, August 4, 2023. Cancellations made after Friday, August 4, 2023, are ineligible for a refund. C. Force Majeure: In the event that the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every attempt to reschedule to another date and/or location and will offer the opportunity to transfer your registration. If the event is cancelled entirely, we will provide refunds to attendees, exhibitors and sponsors based on any funds remaining to us after satisfying all our obligations in respect to the cancelled event.
