Overnight Accommodations
* Those who registered for the conference and made room reservations are responsible for handling their own cancellations.
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved at the Chula Vista Resort & Conference Center for the nights of Monday, August 17, 2020 - Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at a rate of $ 82 per night. Hotel room block information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Reservations for guest rooms within the conference block must be made by Monday, July 27, 2020 to receive the rate listed above. Reservations for guest rooms made after this date are subject to availability and the listed rate cannot be guaranteed.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled 72 hours or more in advance of arrival will receive a refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received within the 72 hour period will forfeit the full deposit.
