Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Dawn Zanoni at dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov no later than Tuesday, September 7, 2022. Cancellations occurring between Wednesday, September 8 and Friday, September 23, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after Friday, September 23, 2022 are ineligible for a refund.
If unable to attend, registrants may send an alternate in their place. Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Dawn Zanoni, dawn.zanoni@wisconsin.gov.
This cancellation policy applies to the registration fee only. Lodging changes are handled directly by the hotel and are the responsibility of the participant.
