You can register for training via the State of Wisconsin Training Management System. Questions about registration for the conference training day can be directed to TBD, Training and Exercise Operations Associate at TBD.

Can I register for the conference on-site? - Yes, you may register onsite for the conference. However, if you know you will be attending, it would be appreciated if registration was completed prior to the conference. How will you make the event safe to attend? - The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and staff is of utmost concern to us and remains a priority as we plan for this event. Our team will work closely with our venue partner to ensure that protocols are in place to adhere to federal, state and local health and safety guidelines. More details on these measures will be made available as we get closer to the event.

COVID Protocol

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2022 Wisconsin Emergency Management Conference!   For your protection, and those around you, we have implemented the following COVID safety measures for this year’s conference:

  • MASK REQUIREMENT: Wearing a mask continues to be a critical tool in helping stop the spread of COVID-19.  All federal employees, state employees, contract staff, interns, and volunteers are required to wear masks while indoors or while conducting state business. All masks should have two or more layers of fabric that completely cover the nose and mouth, fit snugly against the sides of the face, and contain a nose wire to prevent air leaking from the top of the mask. All attendees at the 2022 WEM Conference are strongly encouraged to comply with our request to wear masks while indoors at the conference, including all general and breakout sessions, regardless of their vaccination status.
  • Participants are strongly encouraged to have been vaccinated and boosted when attending this year's conference.
  • Expanded seating arrangements with limited people per table.
  • Increased separation of the exhibit space.
  • Food and beverage service via contactless method.

Please note: these arrangements are subject to change depending on circumstances at the time of our event.
