Event Details
Exhibitors for Women in Cybersecurity may drop off/set up exhibition materials from 4 - 7pm on Sunday evening or starting at 7:30am on Monday morning.
Exhibitors for the Cybersecurity Summit may drop off/set up exhibition materials from 4 - 7pm on Monday evening or starting at 6:30am on Tuesday morning.
Exhibition materials may be shipped to the following address no earlier than October 13, 2023:

Upon Arrival: Please proceed to the Grand Ballroom located on the second level in the KI Convention Center. Eight-foot tables marked with each exhibitor's organization will be arranged around the perimeter of the room. Dawn Zanoni will be on-site to answer
questions and assist as needed. Suggested times to be available in your
booth include:
Monday 8:00 - 9:00 AM | 10:00 - 10:30 AM | 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM | 4:30 - 5:30 PM
Tuesday 8:00 - 9:00 AM | 10:30 - 11:00 AM | 12:00 - 1:30 PM | 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30 AM | 10:00 - 10:30 AM | 11:30 - 1:00 PM
Exhibitor materials can be shipped home from the Hyatt Regency following the Summit with the proper mailing labels.
