Conference Location

The 2020 Governor's Conference will take place at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions located at
1305 Kalahari Drive in the Wisconsin Dells.

Accommodations

Participants are responsible for managing their own lodging arrangements for this event. 

Please visit the Kalahari Reservation website (https://book.passkey.com/e/49974519) to reserve a room in the Governor's Conference on Emergency Management block. The Kalahari requires an advance deposit, equal to the first night's lodging plus applicable taxes and resort fee, at the time of reservation. 

The deadline to reserve a room in the conference block is Friday February 7th, please complete your reservation on or before this date. 

Tax-Exempt Stays

The Kalahari requires all individuals representing tax-exempt organizations to provide documentation of their tax-exempt status. 

State of Wisconsin employees: present your state-issued photo ID and tax-exempt card at check-in. 

Other government agency/non-profit representatives: complete a State of Wisconsin S-211 form. Each individual should complete their own form and fax or email it to the Kalahari prior to your stay.
