Marketplace is a highlight of WIGCOT. This is a proven effective opportunity that will help you showcase your services to prospective clients. This conference is the only time each year that you will have the unique opportunity to connect with decision-makers all in the same place at the same time.

Marketplace Details: Marketplace will take place on Monday, March 13 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm in Exhibit Hall C at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay. 

Advance Shipping: If you plan to ship your exhibit materials, please ship items directly to the Hyatt Regency. Materials cannot be accepted before March 6. Please address and label your items as follows:

Please retrieve your items at the front desk of the Hyatt Regency.

Storage: If you require storage for Marketplace materials during the conference, please ask the conference registration desk for directions to a storage area. The conference registration office will be in KI Convention Center in the Lobby South Counter. 

Set-up/Tear-down: Set-up time for exhibitors is currently 12pm - 3pm on Monday, March 13. Tear-down will begin at 6:00pm on Monday, March 13 and must be completed by 7:30pm. 

If you need to ship your materials back to your organization, please have a pre-paid shipping ticket and drop your items back at the front desk of the Hyatt Regency.

Booth Details: Marketplace registrations include an 8'x10' booth, one table, two chairs and an identification sign, unless other arrangements have been requested in advance. 

Registration Information

  • The deadline for all exhibitor registrations is Friday, February 3, 2023.
  • If you have participated in the Marketplace in past years, space is currently being held for you on a first-right-of-refusal basis.

One of the benefits of participating as a Marketplace exhibitor is an enhanced listing on the website and WIGCOT app. After you register for your booth online, more information will be provided in your confirmation on how to submit a description (3-4 sentences) of your organization or business. 

Additional information, including booth number and location, will be sent after the list of participants is complete.
