Overnight Accommodations
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center for the nights of Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at a rate of $90 per night. Our group rates are only available online at: https://book.passkey.com/e/50526379
Reservations for guest rooms within the conference block must be made by Saturday July 29, 2023 to receive the rate listed above. Reservations for guest rooms made after this date are subject to availability and the listed rate cannot be guaranteed.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled 72 hours or more in advance of arrival will receive a refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received within the 72 hour period will forfeit the full deposit.
