This quick reference guide contains much of the information you will need to get settled and ensure a successful show.  You will find your registrations details located at the end of this email.

Prior to Move-in: Please email your logo and a brief description of your organization to dawn.zanoni@wi.gov.  Your logo and description will be used on the conference website and in the conference app. 

Premium Exhibitors:  If you registered at the Premium Level, please email your ad to dawn.zanoni@wi.gov.  In place of creating a printed conference piece, we will be going digital this year utilizing an app.  Your conference ad will be placed on a digital piece that will show during conference hours.  The ad size for digital ad should be 1920 pixels x 1080 pixels.  If you have any questions, please email the above address.

Booth Information: You will find your booth located in the Kilimanjaro ballroom at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

Move In: Exhibitors can begin moving in at 12:00 pm on Monday, August 28th, and should be done by 8:00 pm.  During move-in hours, please check at the registration desk if you need assistance.

Check In: All vendors should check in at the Registration Counter. Registration will be in the North Atrium, across from the Kilimanjaro Ballroom. Check-in is available on Monday, August 28 starting at 8am. 

Payment: If you haven’t yet paid for your vendor space or if you need to pay for additional attendees, please pay your balance by check or credit card (Mastercard or Visa) at the Registration Table.

Conference Hours: The conference officially opens on Tuesday, August 29 at 7:00 am with registration and programming ending at 5:00 pm. It starts on Wednesday, August 30 at 7am and ends following a lunch program at 1:15 pm.  

Exhibitor Hours: The exhibits will open on Tuesday, August 29th at 7am for the early risers.   and should be staffed during meals and breaks, as they will be located in the same room as vendors.   

Please expect heavy traffic during these times (and during other conference transitions), as tables for the conference attendees will be set up adjacent to exhibitor booths. You are welcome to help yourself to food and beverage during these times; we have requested that lunches be set out 15-30 minutes early so that you may eat before the attendees arrive.  Check the conference agenda for break and mealtimes.

Move Out: The vendor exhibits will close at 1:15pm on Wednesday.  If you need to tear-down early, please notify the registration desk.  

Lodging: As a reminder, all lodging expenses and incidentals are paid separately to the hotel.

Freight pickup will be at the Kalahari Business Center, across from Suite 2. If you have a pallet, please call the Kalahari Help Line upon arrival for pickup assistance. Phones for the help line are located throughout the conference center.

To ship items after the end of the conference, please take them to the Business Center.
