Networking @ Nite

Join us for an evening of camaraderie on Thursday, March 14 from 7-10 PM.

Blood Drive

Appointments are encouraged on Wednesday, March 13th from 9am -1pm or Friday, March 15th from 10am - 2pm.   

WEM Yoga

Yoga fundamentals for beginners and experienced Yogis. Please bring your own mat.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the price of my conference registration? - A full conference registration includes access to all speakers, breakout sessions, networking activities and the exhibit hall. Registration includes select meal functions - please reference the agenda for included meals.

Is the pre-conference training day included in my conference registration? - No, registration for the pre-conference training day is separate from the registration for the two-day conference. You can register for training via the State of Wisconsin Training Management System. Questions about registration for the conference training day can be directed to Troy Klemstein, Training and Exercise Officer.

Can I register for the conference on-site? - Yes, you may register on-site for the conference. However, if you know you will be attending, please complete your registration prior to arriving. This assists us with meal planning and room set-up, and ensures that you have a great experience. 

What should I wear? - In general, the dress code for the conference is business casual. Sessions and breakout rooms can be cold, so consider dressing in layers to ensure you are comfortable throughout the conference. The Grand Geneva is an expansive property, comfortable shoes are advised.  

What should I bring? - We recommend you bring business cards for networking. If using any electronics, remember your chargers. 

When is my payment due? - We encourage all payments to be completed at your earliest convenience. Any outstanding balance is due when you check in. Please be prepared with the appropriate form of payment: cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.
