When will I be billed for my advertising?

After you submit your co-op advertising requests and they are confirmed, an invoice will be generated for your placement(s) and emailed to you. Invoices for the Marketing Co-op Program will be sent by Hiebing.  Payment is due net 30 days from the invoice date.

Can I pay by credit card?

No, payment for the Marketing Co-op must be submitted by check to Hiebing, 315 Wisconsin Ave., Madison, WI 53703.

Can I promote my destination with my logo or other collateral materials for the a la carte programs?

Participation in the a la carte programs requires submission of high resolution photography. We do not accept logos, photos containing text or photo collages, as participation in our programs requires adherence to the Travel Wisconsin brand standards.

Will I receive any kind of reporting after my ads run?

Yes, following the completion of your advertising campaign, you will receive digital metrics relative to the particular tactic you’ve selected (ie. Clicks, CTR, etc.). Typically reports are emailed the month following your ad/campaign.

Cancellation

Cancellation of confirmed Travel Wisconsin co-op advertising is subject to program tactic and will be handled on a case by case basis. If for any reason you need to cancel your Travel Wisconsin co-op advertising placements, please email the contact for your specific placement at least one month prior to the planned insertion date.
